What you agree to when you start.
This page summarises the commercial terms the product runs on today. It is not the contract; the full terms of service are being prepared. Ask us for them before you start a paid plan.
The short version
- The evaluation
- 14 days of the full product on your own data, up to 10 approvals, no card.
- Prices
- Per agent, per month, in USD, excluding VAT. Billed by RoleAxis. Annual prepay by invoice, on request.
- Hiring help
- Quoted per role, before any work starts.
- Who signs
- Your policy sets who approves what. Above USD 2,000 per item a person signed in with their own account must approve; material drafts need two different approvers.
- What RoleAxis will not do
- Move money, post a journal or file a return. Change tax rates, bank details, closed periods or the chart of accounts.
- Stopping
- Pause any agent, or disconnect a connector, from the dashboard at any time.
