Evaluate everything on your real data for 14 days, no card. Afterwards your workspace drops to a free summary mode instead of shutting off: the agents keep running and keep counting what they would have flagged. Keep an agent when it has earned its place, at a flat monthly fee per agent. Never per seat, never per use.

All prices exclude VAT. The 14-day window, the approval cap, the weekly cadence and the dormancy pause are enforced in the product; the one extension is granted by a person, so ask. One honest note: there is no card checkout inside the app yet. When you keep an agent, a RoleAxis person moves your workspace to the paid plan and Stripe invoices you.

Finance Agent

Three modules under one agent: AP Control, Revenue & Cash Assurance, and Close & Reporting, with every built skill in each.
Supply & Inventory Agent
1,200 SAR / mo
Stock and reorder, purchase-order drafting, supplier comparison, price variance, late deliveries, recipe explosion and catalog quality.
HR & Payroll Agent
900 SAR / mo
Document expiries, payroll-file validation and end-of-service accruals. Its GOSI and Nitaqat checks are Planned and say so on the agent page.
All three agents: 3,000 SAR per month. Pay annually and take 15 percent off.

What does the 14-day evaluation include?
Your own workspace, all three live agents with every module and built skill, full line-level findings, up to 10 approvals, the audit log and the value statement, on your real data. No card, no setup call; we approve every new company first, usually within one working day.
What happens when the 14 days end?
Your workspace moves to a free summary mode, not a locked screen: the agents keep running weekly and your statement keeps counting the riyals they would have flagged, as totals. Line-level findings, approvals and execution need a subscription. The switch is enforced in the product; extending the window once is a human decision, so if you need more time, ask.
What does keeping an agent cost?
A flat monthly fee per agent, before VAT: the Finance Agent 1,800 SAR with its three modules included, the Supply & Inventory Agent 1,200 SAR, the HR & Payroll Agent 900 SAR. All three together are 3,000 SAR, and paying annually takes 15 percent off.
What happens when I decide to keep an agent?
Tell us by email or the contact form. A RoleAxis person moves your workspace to the paid plan and Stripe invoices you monthly. Card checkout inside the app is not built yet.
Is there a per-seat or usage charge?
No. One flat monthly fee per agent, however many people log in, however many runs it makes, and however many actions you approve. Larger multi-branch operations will later get sized capacity bands; nothing changes for anyone without being announced first.
How do billing and cancellation work?
Monthly, invoiced through Stripe. To stop, tell us; the subscription ends at the end of the current billing month, your workspace returns to the free summary mode, and your data stays readable until you ask us to delete it. There is no in-app cancel button yet.
