About
We don't have an agent for everything. That's deliberate.
RoleAxis puts a governed AI agent inside a back-office department, reporting to a person who approves its work. We started with Saudi F&B and retail because that is where recurring, rules-based, high-stakes work piles up. An agent is listed as live only when a real job title stands behind it and its drafts can be approved in the product. Everything not built is labelled Planned, with the reason, and built in the order businesses ask for it.
Why we exist, told through the Kingdom's own numbers, is on our Vision 2030 page; our running analysis of the market lives in Insights.
Where we are, plainly
- Starting with
- Saudi F&B and retail back offices: inventory, purchasing, payables, VAT. The platform reads ERP and accounting systems any industry runs; more industries follow as agents prove out.
- Live today
- Five departments: inventory and purchasing, payables, receivables and tax, revenue and cash accounting, management accounting and the month-end close, and HR and payroll. Twenty-four built skills, two connectors, every action approval-gated.
- Not built yet
- Six skills stay Planned because no integration supplies their data: budgets, payslips, Nitaqat bands, aggregator payouts, collections schedules and e-invoice clearance. Each one says so on its agent's page instead of quietly returning nothing.
- Customers
- None we can name yet. The site shows synthetic examples, labelled, rather than invented logos or quotes.
- How to reach a person
- adminx@roleaxis.space or the contact form; replies within one working day.
- Certifications
- None held yet (no ISO, no SOC 2). We say so rather than imply otherwise.
