How it works

From one role to a checked workspace.
A person signs every step that changes anything.

Six steps, in the order you take them. The first one is free and needs no login.

  1. Assess

Describe one role: the tasks it does and how much of the week each takes. No login, and nothing is read from your systems.

  2. Read the report

Each task is sorted: keep it with a person, give a person a tool, or hand it to an agent that works under approval. The report shows the reasoning, task by task, and what it could not decide.

  3. Choose

Hire a person, add an agent, or both. When the work needs judgment, relationships or accountability, the report says to keep it human and, if the role is short-handed, to hire for it.

  4. Connect

Attach your ERP or accounting system with its own API credential, stored encrypted, or start from a month of spreadsheets. What a connector may write depends on the action, and every write waits for a person to approve it; each connector's page lists what it reads and what it can write.

What each connector reads and writes
  5. Run with a person in the loop

Agents run on a schedule or when you ask, read what they need, and draft the fix with its evidence. Nothing is written to your system until the person your policy names approves it. Your policy sets how far each agent may go, the amount above which a signed-in person must approve, and how many actions may be drafted in a day.

  6. Check and reverse

Every approval, rejection and reversal is recorded with who acted, when and why. If an approved action is undone in your system, record the reversal with a note, and the log keeps both.
