What we keep, and why.
This page summarises how the product handles data today. The full privacy notice is being prepared and will replace it.
What is stored
- The assessment
- What you type into the free assessment, and its report. It reads nothing from your systems.
- Messages to us
- What you send through the contact form, with the assessment it refers to. Seen by the RoleAxis team only, never sold or shared.
- Your workspace
- The encrypted credential for each connector you attach; each drafted action and finding with the records it points to; the log of who approved what; saved file runs, imported bank lines and uploaded supplier invoices. Stock and ledger tables are read when an agent runs, not copied.
- AI models
- An uploaded supplier invoice is read by an AI model to extract its fields, and a question to Ask RoleAxis is answered by one. A person approves before anything is written to your systems.
- Signing in
- A session cookie keeps you signed in: up to 7 days in a workspace, 24 hours in the RoleAxis owner console.
- Workspaces are separate
- Each workspace sees only its own findings, actions and log.
- Deleting
- Disconnect a connector from the dashboard and its credential is deleted. To delete a message, an assessment or a workspace, write to adminx@roleaxis.space.
