RoleAxis

The company

The Kingdom set the target. The back office has to carry it.

Vision 2030 asks small and medium enterprises to grow from 22.9% of GDP to 35%. We think most of that gap is not funding or demand. It is back-office hours: the invoices, reconciliations, stock counts and filings that grow with every riyal of revenue, done by teams that cannot hire as fast as the Kingdom is growing.

RoleAxis exists to put governed AI to work on exactly those hours.

22.9%

of GDP is SMEs today. Vision 2030's target is 35%.

8.9M

people employed by Saudi SMEs.

SAR 1.41T

consumer spending in 2024, up 7% on the year.

Growth in revenue is growth in paperwork.

Every business the Vision brings into the formal economy files VAT, clears e-invoices through ZATCA, reconciles suppliers and counts stock. ZATCA's integration waves alone bring businesses above SAR 375,000 in revenue into structured e-invoicing by June 2026. That work lands on back offices that are often the least automated part of a company.

The same push is quietly building the substrate AI needs: once invoices, purchase orders and stock movements live as structured records in an ERP or accounting system, checking them becomes arithmetic software can do every day, instead of a spreadsheet exercise someone does at month end.

What we build for it.

An AI Workforce Platform for the back office, run as a lifecycle. A person approves everything before it happens.

Assess

Score where AI can take on the work, task by task.

Deploy

A governed agent, where one has earned its place.

Govern

Every draft waits for a named person to approve it.

Measure

Value counted from an audit log nobody can edit.

Expand

The next department, only once the last one is proven.

Five agents are live today: supply and inventory, finance operations, revenue and cash assurance, management accounting and close, and HR and payroll. The skills no connector can feed yet are labelled Planned, on every page: the agents.

Where we stand, plainly.

RoleAxis is a private Saudi-market company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or funded by the Vision 2030 program or any government body. The targets quoted on this page are the Kingdom's own published figures; the interpretation is ours.

We hold ourselves to the same standard we ask of the numbers above: what is live is called live, what is in development is called in development, and results will only ever be published from real, auditable runs.
