Finance Operations

Invoices, bills, payment reminders, 3-way PO/receipt/bill matching, and Saudi VAT accuracy checks. We'd recommend having your own accountant review its 3-way match and tax flags before relying on them unsupervised.

Supply & Inventory Operations

Stock levels, recipe/BOM explosion, supplier comparison, purchase history, and, as a skill of the same agent, catalog & data quality: duplicate products, missing attributes, price/cost sanity, connector sync health. Odoo-internal data today; cross-system SKU mapping isn't built yet.

Revenue & Cash Assurance

Point-of-sale sessions, takings by payment method, bank statement lines, customer credit notes, and revenue posted per day. Odoo only: Qoyod's API has no point-of-sale, bank-statement or journal-item resource, so this agent cannot run on it at all. Delivery-platform and aggregator payouts are not covered by any integration, so commission checking is not built.

Management Accounting & Close

Unposted journal entries, bank statement lines, supplier bill history, and posted revenue and expense by period. Odoo only, for the same structural reason as Revenue & Cash: Qoyod's API has no journal-item or draft-entry resource. Budget data is not covered by any integration, so budget-versus-actual is not built and cost movement is measured against each account's own history instead.

HR & Payroll Operations

Employee records, document expiry dates, employment contracts, and bank details read in masked form only. The connection needs HR rights or those fields are simply not returned, and the agent reports that as unreadable rather than as missing. Payslips are NOT covered: payroll is not part of Odoo's community edition, which is why the contribution check is not built.

Never writes
Tax rates, journal entries, bank or IBAN details, closed periods, the chart of accounts, master data.
What RoleAxis stores
The encrypted credential; each drafted finding (record numbers, amounts, names) and its audit trail. Stock and ledger tables are read at run time, not copied.
Disconnect and delete
Ask us and we remove the connector and its credential the same working day. Your findings and audit log stay readable until you ask us to delete the tenant. Self-serve disconnect is not built yet.

Security and control

What protects your data and your ledger, and what enforces it. No certifications are claimed, see the last item.

Encrypted credentials
Connector credentials are encrypted at rest with a key the application holds, never stored in plain text, and never shown again after you enter them.
Tenant isolation
Every query is scoped to your tenant. There is a test in the suite whose only job is to prove one tenant cannot read another's actions.
Approval before execution
Every draft waits in the approval queue. Nothing writes to your system until a named person approves it, and the platform records who.
Owner sign-off on large actions
Any draft worth 20,000 SAR or more needs an owner-level approval, not just a team member's.
Blocked outright
Tax rates, tax filings, bank or IBAN details, closed periods and the chart of accounts can never be drafted; the engine refuses before a draft row exists.
Append-only audit log
Every draft, approval, rejection and execution is a row that is never edited or deleted, with a named exception code you can filter by.
Support from a person
Questions, disconnects and deletions go to a person, by email or the contact form.
