Commercial Framework & Operating Policies
- The evaluation
- 14 days of full production access on your real business records upon management review, with zero setup fees, free human approvers, and zero credit card required.
- Prices & Currency
- Modular base monthly subscription of SAR 199 per agent (includes 250 records) + transparent per-unit fee of SAR 0.35 per bill above included volume. All prices in Saudi Riyal (SAR). Zero per-seat taxes for human approvers or managers.
- Who signs
- Your company policy sets who approves what. Material drafts or exceptions require manager sign-off. By default, every change waits for an authenticated human approval before mutating production ledgers; an admin can grant routine straight-through passes for clean 3-way matches strictly under defined thresholds.
- What RoleAxis will not do
- Move corporate funds, initiate unauthorized bank transfers, post blind unverified journal writes, or file regulatory tax returns without certified human sign-off. Never alter closed accounting periods or master charts of accounts.
- Stopping & Disconnecting
- Pause, configure, or retire any agent from your dashboard at any time. A paused agent halts all scheduled runs, and its staged drafts cannot post until resumed. External connectors can be disconnected instantly from Settings with complete credential deletion.
